cakes, biscuits & more.. |
|
Lets do some TIRAMISU alla "CASA" the students-style.
you need: (6-8 persons)
edit: it takes about 10 min if you let the photographing aside
- savoiardi --> 300 g
(Löffelbiscuits, dont know the right characterisation in english "Löffel" = "spoon")
- sugar --> 50-100 g (i prefer 70 g)
- eggs --> 4
- coffee --> ca. 600 ml
- Brandy or Amaretto --> 50-100 ml (i prefer 100 ml Brandy)
- Mascarpone --> 500 g
- three heaped teaspoonful of cacao
First you have to be on the save side that you have to do something special.
As for me to open a bottle of red wine from Romania.
..switch on the TV coz theres some football..
..and try on all beanies, caps & posing sunglasses of your girl
during you concentrated on the current match.
Now we (your wife, your girlfriend, HEINI..)
have to take a deep dish and confound the Mascarpone with sugar and the eggs.
..as for my case you can cover-up the dish and place it on the ground and
let it guard by someone you confide in.
Continue by taking something like a baking dish..
Now mix the coffee with some brandy (gonzos should mix 50 : 50 to 10 : 90)
sop the biscuits in it and place them like that.
add a film of the Mascarpone-mix..
continue with the next layer of biscuits..(all in all do 3 films of Mascarpone and 3 layers of biscuits)
Than add the cacao at the top with the aid of a sieve..
Place the Tiramisu in the fridge overnight.
