The Sydney Opera House perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of wildebeest sweeping majestically over the plains?
That Episode ("Comunication Problems") is one of my favourites. I don't watch "The psychiatrist" too often, for I suffer from a quite heavy asthma and I had a severe attack once because of laughing so hard during that episode.

Inspiration for Fawlty towers? Yes, if I remember correctly, the Pythons stayed at a hotel with a manager who was - like Basil - unbelievable. They all left, except John Cleese...
They have lots of background infoermation on the extra DVD.
