Me too. That surely is only a secondary fridge (usually located in the basement) which is used to keep drinks cool during the summer months. Many people do that.

Well I went to the Hyper market today to buy all the ingredients for this. I found everything needed and did the math before checking out....over 17 euros!

I put everything back on the shelf and bought a ready made cake for 10 Smile

I'll have to wait till I go to the UK and see if the ingredients are a little cheaper over there.

The cherries alone are 4 euros a jar and they're not very big.

WHAT!?! Evil or Very Mad

2,39 € - Wiener Boden
2,78 € - 2 x Cherries
3,27 € - 3 x Cream (which is too much cream)
0,49 € - Pudding
0,89 € - Chocolate
3,00 € - (approx) Stuff to put on top
---------------------
12,82 €

Ok, it is not cheap here, neither and it was a relatively expensive shop where I got the stuff (I normally go elsewhere, but I had no time that day). 4,- € for a jar of cherries is blatant robbery.
Ohhhh, I would have loved you to try it. Crying or Very sad

I am going to prepare something else for you soon. The ingredients will not be so exotic.
