basically linking the page is good for ranking. but it has to happen organically... if there are too much links posted at a time, google will mark it as "spam" and punish the ranking. that's the theory, however you can never really tell what happens... but i'm pretty sure at least this topic will be ranked down if we continue linking to http://www.trustdownload.com/
we'll see in a few days/weeks/months. 
edit: triff, actually you just helped ranking this topic up by using the keywords... though i'm confident our link spamming will top that.

-content about different themes (~ 200-250 Words) e.g. marihunana, gras, haschisch ....
-One special KeyWord (e.g. Gras) for every text that u put 3 or 4 times into the the text (keyword in bold)
-u need intern links to a similar theme (e.g. link the keyword gras to the theme haschisch and link from haschisch to gras)
-u need extren links who link on ur theme
