I updated the memberlist.
boogieman lost his trial due to inactivity.
FishFace, zewuchto, ReggaeSoul and MightyMoses where put to inactive. I added the today's date as fixed afk date (since we cannot say for sure how long they have gone so far) to see for how long they have been afk round about and to ease kick decisions.
SauBaer was granted [Forum Admin] status due to the efforts he put in pimping our forum. thx little man.

some members were put to full AFK which means "hardly any activity at TCE gameservers and/or TS/forums" from now on
some members were put to "semi active" which means "some activity at TCE gameservers and/or TS/forums fom time to time"
no AFK means "regular activity at TCE gameservers and/or TS/forums"
notice: the AFK list is made by my own personal impression of the activity of each member. I chose TS activity, game server activity and forum activity as the main weighting. if you do not agree with the estimation of my impressions feel free to pm me. to simplyfy the matters I chose march 1st 2009 as new general AFK/semi active date.
