But I have thought about it and remembered that one day there was a british couple in the shop I administre the lan for and where they sell stuff like that. They called me, to translate (they sonded a bit like bonzo). Both looked quite poor and had very bad teeth. They gave me a snapped v-belt from a whashing machine and asked if we had a spare part we could sell them. The technician said, that this v-belt was of very low quality and we could not offer any replacement. I asked what brand the machine was and they told me it was "Service". Nobody ever heard of that and - judging from that belt - nobody wanted to get to know it. So I guess Bauknecht in Britain might be high quality. But I would clearly prefer Bosch or Siemens (pretty much the same thing) or - if you have money - Miele. My mother-in-law has a Bauknecht oven. It came with the kitchen. It is horrible.
