OK MONTY, HERE YOU GOES:
The first one is Stercorarius longicaudus, in English: Long-Tailed Skua, in Swedish: Fjällabb and in Finnish: Tunturikihu (sry I don't know the German name for the bird)
It's meat-eater (fish and little mammals), and it have been known to even attack humans (not kidding!!!). Stercorarius longicaudus isn't endangered and it's only enemy is oil-tanker accidents. In europe there are about 26000 birds. And it lives only in northern europe. The female lays 2 eggs.
The second one is Pluvialis apricaria, an Enlish: Golden Plover, in Swedish: Ljungpipare and in Finnish: Kapustarinta (i really don't know the German name for the bird, you should google it )
It's an insect eater. And it lives only at northern europe. The female lays 4 eggs, and there are approx. 880 000 birds in europe.
Well thats it, i can send you some more pictures from these birds later

@ monty: i actually think it's the same kind of bird than the second one, but i'll have to ask that from my father, when i go to drink with him again...
