..btw. when i stoped smoking at December the 27th 2oo7
i figured i´ve to find a compensation for it.
I had to found something similar stupid
so i decided to start jogging.
I´ve taken into my mind to manage to run a marathon within a year.
Today i did my first "little marathon" over 25 km..
It lasted one hour and 48 minutes.. 
now i´ve to open a beer well-earned eh?

hehe .. Monty
over 1 hour after less than 3 month - take care about your weak skeleton - muscle and breath grows quicker than the wrists. If i remember right, after 40 minutes to 1 hour starts the real dopamin, adrenalin kick.
