you can set a "server max ping" filter:

 |
1 if ping > "200" remove
2 if tce_version ~== "Beta 0.49*" goto 4
3 remove |
with this filter you'll see only servers running 0.49 and a ping lower than 200. the 200 is variable. but you'll not see this japanese servers anymore 
click on wolfenstein, then on filter and select new. in this window copy the code above and a name for the filter. click ok - done.
