This fucking teamgonzo.net sends me e-mail notifys of replies in the posts... how can I disable it.... it sucks to have 1000 messages per. day.... 
YES, I have disabled it from my profile, you think I'm stupid?!?!?!?!!

maybe clean the eye-bycicles ...
check your profile settings .... i have these and do not get replies ..
but maybe its because i dont initialize new topics for spamming?
