sorry that its not in english, but the specs are readable and more the price (if its €-land ..  )
What someone would need for an older computer-case could be a
new power-supply and ... if wanted a better graphics-card (instead of the built-in-one).
But then, there you go, if memory gets cheaper .. a bust to 8GB maybe usefull, if
you use a 64bit-operating-system. (if not .. 4GB are more than used)
Every newer multithreaded program will benefit from the 4xcore,
only old ones will only be limited to the max. frequ. of 3GHz ... using one core (of the 4 available).
If you only need less power... check the applications/games to be played - then a cpu with only 2 cores
might be cheaper and use less power.
There should be some similiar offers around your living ...
